Washing: Temperature 30-40°. Use cold or cool water. Water that is too hot can cause the fabric to shrink. Use a gentle wash or wool wash program.
Detergent: Use a mild detergent that does not contain bleach or enzymes. Do not use fabric softener.
Loading the washing machine: Only fill the washing machine half full to prevent the fabric from wrinkling during the wash.
Drying: Do not tumble dry. This can damage the fabric and cause shrinkage. Straighten the items immediately after washing to ensure they dry as flat as possible.

Linen and wool do not need to be washed frequently, as they are naturally antibacterial.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Since we offer free shipping on orders, customers are responsible for covering both shipping costs (delivery and return) when returning the order.
